When will your item(s) ship?
Handbags may ship same day. We aim to ship out within 24 hours but can take up to 36 hours. We understand your excitement to get your new item(s) and will do our best to get it out right away. During peak season, times may be extended.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, funds transferred, or refunded under any circumstances. By proceeding with your layaway purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-cancellation/non-transferable policy. In rare cases where an exception is made, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
What are the charges for shipping?
- Due to increased shipping expenses, the current shipping rates are as follows: Orders totaling up to $50 will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee, orders ranging from $50.01 to $150 will have a $7 fee, and orders exceeding $150.01 will incur a $10 fee. Wholesale orders are exempt from these rates and are subject to a predetermined charge.
- Please note that the shipping fees we apply do not fully cover our shipping costs; in fact, shipping costs significantly exceed what we are charging.
- A signature will be required for all luxury deliveries and will be shipped by our preferred method.
Shipping protection is available at the time of checkout. This protection covers your item(s) in the event of loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If you accidentally checked out and didn't want the protection, no refunds are offered.
If you choose not to purchase shipping protection, your item will ship without insurance or coverage. In such cases, The Clawset is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and we will not offer refunds, replacements, or assistance of any kind.
If a claim needs to be filed, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to initiate and manage the claim process directly with the carrier or protection provider. As a buyer, you acknowledge that items may have a vintage odor. We encourage you to carefully read the descriptions of each item and thoroughly examine all provided photos. We present all handbags in their true condition, so please take note of the size. Please be aware that the color of bags may slightly vary due to differences in screen calibration. Thorough Descriptions: We make every effort to provide detailed descriptions and images of our products, including any signs of wear or imperfections.
Preloved Items: Our items are preloved and may show light to moderate signs of wear. Kindly understand that they are not brand new.
Odor Disclosure: While we do not sell items with strong odors, please be aware that preloved items may have a vintage odor. We do not accept returns based on scent preferences. What may be sensitive to one may not be to another.
Color Variation: Keep in mind that colors may slightly differ due to screen calibration differences.
Size and Details: Measurements are approximate. It is your responsibility to confirm that measurements are correct by doing research. If you have any questions, reach out before making your purchase.
Order Cancellation: All sales are final, with no exceptions. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. In rare cases where an exception is made, the buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
What is our Return Policy?
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Before submitting a claim, please contact the carrier to get an update on your package. Most times issues can be resolved by doing this. Be sure to request a case number, as we may require it to process your claim.
1. What You Can File a Claim For
You may submit a claim if:
- You never received your item
- Your package was marked as delivered but appears to be stolen
2. Claim Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order’s delivery date (or expected delivery date). Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible.
For stolen packages, we may request additional documentation such as a police report or confirmation from the carrier.

Damages
The Clawset is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Errors and Omissions
At The Clawset, we strive to ensure the accuracy of our prices and product information. However, mistakes or typographical errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors. If a purchase was made based on incorrect information, The Clawset reserves the right to cancel the transaction without any further obligation on our part.
