About Us
Hi, I'm Mindy!
Nice to meet you and welcome to The Clawset. I'm originally from the Midwest but now living in Texas!
After moving to Texas I had the opportunity to foster animals that needed a home. When I reached the maximum number of pets I could foster and adopt, I wondered how I could continue to help animals in need. So, I put my passions together and created The Clawset.
Whether you're looking for a new to you, pre-owned designer handbag or a new article of clothing, you can rely on The Clawset as a worry-free, reliable source for buying high-end designer handbags and clothing!
The Clawset allows you to shop new clothing and pre-loved luxury items at great prices all while helping animals.
This is not a solo mission. At The Clawset, we love the fashion world, and want everyone else to as well. This is why we work to bring every piece on our site to its new happy home - so we can share the love and help animals while also reducing the impact on the environment by extending the life of quality items.
If you have any questions about any of the items on our site, please reach out to us. We get to see, feel and smell each and every item we sell. And we want to put our expertise and passion to work for you!
With much gratitude,
Mindy
Meet the crew:
Bentley is 7 years young (2021) and was born in a car coming back from a shelter in Corpus Christi. Mindy was fostering him until it was decided that he needed to just stay right where he was.
Bentley loves going for walks and would prefer to not go for car rides or walk on wood floors.
Molly is around 6 years young (2021) and was adopted from a shelter in San Antonio. As soon as they met, Mindy knew she would be a great addition to the family.
Molly loves to cuddle, go for walks, car rides, and hoarding her toys.
In loving memory....
Bailey Mae was 17 years old. She was adopted from a shelter in Illinois when her and her littermates were dropped off. She was with the family since she was 8 weeks old.
Bailey loved going for walks, car rides, food and traveling the country.
She crossed the rainbow bridge in November of 2016.
Barney was 5 years old. He was found on the streets of San Antonio and when a local shelter wouldn't take him in he was welcomed in to our family.
In 2018 Barney started limping and was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. He went through a leg amputation and chemo like a champ and was loved by many.
Barney loved going for walks, car rides, playing ball and climbing trees.
He crossed the rainbow bridge in August of 2019.
Pnut was 17 years old. Adopted from a shelter in Illinois. She had been in the family since she was 8 weeks old. She was a pure soul that never acted her age.
Pnut loved going for walks and playing fetch.
She crossed the rainbow bridge in September of 2021.
