Orders are recorded while being carefully packaged and shipped with tracking via UPS or USPS. Luxury items over $200 require signature confirmation at delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Clawset is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection. Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, The Clawset is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. We do not have access to additional tracking information beyond what is provided by the carrier tracking number. For delivery updates or transit questions, please contact the carrier directly.

If shipping protection is not purchased, carrier reimbursement may be limited, with a maximum coverage amount of $100.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, so please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes before purchasing.

Pre-owned items will show signs of wear consistent with age and use. While any major flaws will be disclosed, not every minor imperfection can be individually noted. Buyers are responsible for reviewing condition and managing expectations accordingly.

Scent sensitivity varies. Vintage or older items may have odor. If you are sensitive to scent, pre-owned items may not be suitable.
